Coach Wier brings one of the most successful head coaching careers in the state of Kansas to his second year on the Jaguar coaching staff.  He was a head coach for 34 years compiling a record of 252-99 (Olathe North and Richland High School, Texas). He won 6 State Titles during his tenure at Olathe North.

Coach Wier is widowed. He has two children, Brandon and Sara; and two stepchildren, Ryan and Kate.
