Coach Thomas returns to the Mill Valley coaching staff for his 20th season, coaching the defensive line. Thomas had two prior coaching stints with Jaguar football, most recently coaching defensive line 2021.

Coach Thomas is a graduate of Mid-America Nazarene University. He and his wife Crystal have two daughters, Morgan, who is in her 3rd year at KSU Veterinarian School, and Macy, who teaches 4th grade at Horizon Elementary. Coach Thomas currently teaches science at Mill Valley.
