Coach Hellwig enters his first season with Mill Valley Football, coaching running backs. Prior to coming to Mill Valley, Coach Hellwig coached at Pittsburg State University for 12 years, where he also played collegiately. Coach Hellwig has prior experience coaching offensive line, linebackers, and defensive line.

Coach Hellwig will be student teaching at Mill Valley this fall. He and his wife Jenny have a daughter named Addison (5).
