Coach Simpson is entering his first year at Mill Valley with Tight Ends. Karrell is also a Para at Monticello Trails. He was previously an intern at Concordia University, coaching Wide Receivers and Tight Ends.

A native of Kansas City, Mo, Karrell played corner for the Nebraska Wesleyan Prairie Wolves for 4 years earning All Conference HM honors.
