Coach P.J. Sarwinski is in his third year with the Jaguars, where he teaches Pre-Algebra and Math II.

A native of Galena, KS, Sarwinski played linebacker at Pittsburg State from 2017–2022, earning two First Team All-MIAA honors and two All-American selections. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics Education (2020), an M.S. in Educational Leadership (2022), and an Ed.S. in Advanced Studies in Education (2024).
